HOW TO USE

What's the difference between this and a regular lip balm? Most lip balms coat the surface with waxes and occlusives — temporary comfort that doesn't address the underlying barrier. HydraLip Stick uses a triple ceramide complex (the same lipid types the healthy lip barrier is built from) to actually support the barrier itself. The practical difference is lips that stay comfortable longer and need less frequent reapplication over time.
Why no mint or fragrance? Menthol and mint create a cooling sensation that mimics moisture but can irritate the delicate lip barrier, increasing dryness and the urge to reapply. Fragrance — even "natural" fragrance — is a common sensitizer for reactive lips. This formula removes both.
