Do you offer promotion codes?
Due to the nature of being a small independent brand, we do not often offer promotion codes. But we do try to spoil our customers from time to time! Sign up to receive our newsletter and follow our social media channels to be the first to know!
Do you offer samples for the line?
We do not offer samples at this point for two main reasons. One, ‘YOU Skincare’ is a handcrafted, artisanal brand. Right now, it’s just a one woman show! My focus is providing you with the best possible customer service alongside the highest quality products. Two, consistency is key and samples just won’t be enough for you to see the results, also skin reaction can take up to weeks to months to show. Due to the challenge of finding the right packaging and the work that goes into filling smaller bottles, it is not the most cost effective option. Minis are cute, but they do require a surprising amount of work! When you place an order, in the note section you can request a sample and I'll do my best to accommodate you but it's not a guarantee to get the one you requested.
How much is the shipping cost?
‘YOU Skincare’ offers the following shipping options:
IMPORTANT: First Class International Parcel Service can take anywhere from 5 days to 8 weeks for delivery. Also, please note that ‘YOU Skincare’ shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.
When will you ship my order?
I try my best to ship your package out within 1-4 business days. Most of the time, it will be earlier than that! Allow an additional 2-5 business days for normal transit time to your destination. During special promotions expect some delay as I am just one woman show.
Is there a sales tax?
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the state of Minnesota
Can I return or cancel order?
We do not offer returns, but we will offer refunds if a product was broken during shipping. We will required you to send us a photo of the damage products within 24 hours of delivery. We might required you to send us back the damaged product. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds at this time if a product didn't work for you or is lost in transit.
You can email us at email@example.com to cancel an order before it’s shipped out. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Do you test on animals?
