Amy’s Tips:  When first starting out, apply at the end of the hydration and moisturizer steps.  Start out 1x a week for a month, then move to 2x a week.  This way your skin won't experience any irritation at all. 

How to use:

• Always patch test before use.  Stop immediately if any irritation occurs.  
• To be used at night only, maximum 3 times a week.  
• With clean hands, gentle massage 1-2 pumps onto skin until fully absorb.
