REFUND POLICY

YOU Skincare is made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finals.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. 

YOU Skincare does not offer refunds or exchanges  on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to you.skincare@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.

Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

‘YOU Skincare’ offers the following shipping options:

  • USA: FREE using USPS First Class Parcel to anywhere in the U.S.
  • Canada: $15 flat rate using USPS First Class International Parcel for orders less than $200.
  • Canada: Free USPS First Class International Parcel for orders over $200
  • To all other countries: $15.00 flat rate USPS First Class International Parcel service

IMPORTANT: First Class International Parcel Service can take anywhere from 5 days to 8 weeks for delivery.  Also, please note that ‘YOU Skincare’ shall not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

YOU Skincare is not responsible for delays that occur due to international customs issues, nor any additional fees or taxes that your country may require. This means that any and all fees that you are charged are your responsibility. YOU Skincare will not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.

It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment.

When will you ship my order?

I try my best to ship your package out within 1-4 business days (this is the time I pack up your products and hand it to the post office, please allow additional transit time). Most of the time, it will be earlier than that! Please understand the shipping time is not the time you place the order but from the time it dispatch from my shop.
